Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Centerlight be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Centerlight Inc. warrants all Products to be free of all manufacturing defects for a certain amount of years* from the delivery date. This warranty extends to the original buyer only.

Within this warranty period, Centerlight will replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material or workmanship. This is valid for - if, and only if the customer discovers a manufacturing defect. A manufacturing defect refers to an error in the design or production of a product, causing it not to work correctly, the product deviating from its intended design. This does not include any damage sustained after release from Centerlight's warehouse. All warranty repairs and services (not including removal) must be performed by an authorized Centerlight technician or an authorized Centerlight service facility.

The warranty allows you a right to return your product per the time frame for each product listed below;

  • RTS series – 3 years*

  • FTC series – 3 years*

  • XTR series – 3 years*

  • Pendant Sets – 3 years*

  • MAGfinity series – 2 years*

The warranty is valid for the time frame listed, beginning on the delivery date, and subject to certain conditions. Shipping costs associated will not be covered by Centerlight. Neither will any additional installation or any other expenses. These warranties are in addition to and do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

INSPECTION. The Client, upon receiving possession of the Product, shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product to determine if the product conforms to the requirements of this Agreement. If the Customer, in good faith, determines that all or a portion of the Goods are non-conforming, the Customer may return the Goods to the Supplier at the Customer's expense. The Client has 5 business days to inspect, take inventory, and test the Product, after which time the time of inspection has expired.

Centerlight is not responsible for product damaged during installation. All custom orders are discussed and agreed upon before any deal between the customer and Centerlight.

Centerlight does not refund or exchange the product unless the product is manufacturer defective.

Centerlight shall assume all expenses related to replacing a defective part under this warranty except for the following expense force this warranty’s provisions, which shall be assumed by the buyer:

  • Any expenses related to the removal of the product

  • Shipping costs associated with the defective product

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following: Any Damage incurred during shipping and transportation.

  1. Service calls to correct the Covered Product’s installation or explain its usage to the buyer.

  2. Any Repairs necessitated by everyday use.

  3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation

  4. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Centerlight authorized service technician.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If warranty repairs are to be made at an authorized Centerlight service center: The buyer should submit an RMA form to info@centerlight.com. After the RMA is approved, Centerlight might request a return of the product for inspection. The buyer must carefully pack the Covered Product, preferably in the original packing materials, and deliver it, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem. We recommend that the buyer insure it and require a receipt upon delivery. We accept no liability for products lost or misplaced in shipment.

Notice to Buyer

If the buyer disagrees over either's performance under these warranty terms, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution to The Insurance company. If the buyer discovers damage or malfunction after receiving the product, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution to the Insurance company and/or the Freight company. The buyer is required to submit any dispute for resolution under this paragraph before pursuing any legal remedies to which he or she may be entitled.
