Delivery Options:

We strive to dispatch your order promptly and reliably, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition for your enjoyment. Most items are shipped via FedEx/UPS within the 48 Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

For expedited shipping, additional charges may apply, and please note that these charges are non-refundable. To ensure a seamless delivery, consider having your package sent to a business address. While most items ship without a required signature, delivery drivers may use their discretion.

*Note: Free shipping and standard delivery are not applicable to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI). For these states, shipping costs will be separately invoiced based on actual UPS shipping rates.

Motor Freight:

Certain products are ineligible for FedEx/UPS ground shipping but can be shipped via motor freight. Motor freight includes "roadside delivery" to the specified address. Additional services, such as inside or white-gloved delivery, may be arranged at an extra cost and must be requested at the time of booking.

Order Processing and Shipping:

The processing time for your order is influenced by factors such as product availability, preparation for shipment, and stock availability. We are dedicated to keeping you informed at every stage. Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, our customer service team will confirm your expected shipping date via email. Once shipped, you'll receive another email with carrier details and tracking information.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Can parcels be sent to mailboxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes or military APOs.

  • Can packages be sent to multiple addresses?
